Come learn the mesmerising practice of synchronised movement to get your creative juices flowing and your heart rate gently elevated. Flocking will ignite your playful self allowing you to experience the meditative practice of unified movement.
Birds are captivating as they fly around at high speeds in huge groups, amazingly not colliding with one another.
By marking their distance in relation to 5 other birds they are able to flow with the whole group - fascinating!
This workshop is for all body types, all experience levels. Please come in comfortable clothing, with a bottle of water.
