5 Rhythm Dance
This a fun and physically rewarding ecstatic dance and movement meditation workshop. By working through a series of five approaches to movement, taking the dancer from a grounded state to an an ecstatic high point and back to a peaceful stillness; this workshop offers a fantastic workout, an alternative route to the benefits of seated meditation and a brilliant antidote to self consciousness. This workshop is ideal for those looking to build confidence, break-through inhibitions, release envigorating endorphines and keep physically fit.
This is also the first workshop we ever taught at the Artful Badger and central to our inspiration and themes.
Number of Participants: 10 - 40
Skill level: Absolute beginners welcome, skilled movers will also be tailored for.
Tech Specs: The space needs to be warm, clutter free, carpet or mat flooring, minimum size is 7mx7m, sufficient ventilation, quiet.
Materials needed: Audio mixer, soundsystem.
Duration: Half Day or Full day
